Price: $10 per night
Welcome to this one-of-a-kind experience getaway in the very first home that runs on spent coffee grounds. *
For a limited time only, and for just $10 a night, you will have the opportunity to stay in the Tiny Home for two nights at a time. This mobile Tiny Home is currently located in beautiful Nahant, MA , providing picturesque views of the Atlantic Ocean and Boston skyline.
And, staying in the Tiny Home isn’t just cool, it’s comfortable.

The space
This new home was built in September 2018 and is in immaculate condition. It is designed and decorated to look as modern as it runs, featuring a chic aesthetic with custom-designed elements. Stay in and cozy up with your favorite coffee or go exploring down the road in nearby Boston, MA.
Interaction with guests
Please note that reservations are for groups of two. Guests can book a Tuesday to Thursday or Friday to Sunday stay. Check-in between 2 PM and 7 PM
Other things to note
While you’re with us, you will enjoy:
● Unlimited coffee
● Chef’s kitchen with high end appliances and a farmhouse sink
● Premium coffee makers and accessories
● Full-size, designer bathroom with spa tub
● Loft Bed with ladder access
● King-size bed
● Living room for two and cozy coffee nook
● Full-size cedar deck
● Modern finishes like subway tile, slate countertops, solid walnut floors, reclaimed wood siding and shiplap
● AC and heat
● Stocked with snacks
● Wi-Fi available
Extra Details:
● No smoking in the house or outside on the property
● Coffee and snacks are provided, but guests should plan ahead for larger items
● While we know you’re excited to be staying with us, we’d ask that you not entertain more than two visitors at any given time
● Due to the location of the home being on town property, all guests will need to sign a waiver before their stay
● Unfortunately, given the nature of Tiny Home designs, and the significant design/special constraints, the home cannot accommodate wheelchair access
*Tiny Home is powered by a biofuel blend of 80% coffee oil that’s extracted from coffee grounds.
