Amazing Cute Off-grid Tiny House Perfect for Couple in Australia
'Hello to the fellow Off-grid Tiny People, in the bottom corner of Australia, I've been working away on a new kind of Tiny house, and it's now ready to show-off. It's a bushfire resistant Tiny on Wheels, or for the North Americans, A 'Wild Fire' resistant house.
I'm in the heart of Natural fire devastation here in Victoria where we already have very strict rules regarding the fire proofing of houses, but outside of the regs, tiny houses have been left to continue with the more traditional building methods and materials.
I've made an attempt to transfer the existing regs onto a trailer mounted house and the results are below. It wasn't a easy or straight forward transition but I believe the most of it can be recreated without too much difficulty.
How these methods would translate to other parts of the world is up for debate, and it's a debate which I am happy to enter (in a civilised manor).
It's also a passively heated, off-grid Tiny and if it looks like it was designed by a mad scientist, there is a great reason for that.
