Rustic Beautiful Mother-in-law SHED Cabin Very Cheap for Black Friday $26k

Size: 405 sq ft 30ft X 16ft- 1 -1 beds-1 baths
This house is about 405 sq ft interior living space. It was used as a mother in law quarters but minor things can be added to make it a fully functioning house.
There is a covered porch in the front. An attic like storage loft above the porch which is accessible from the living room.
Once inside there is a good size living area with a kitchenette with cabinets and a sink. A stove could easily be added with floor ventilation.
In the back end is an enclosed bedroom with a closet and bathroom. The room comfortably fits a queen sized bed and stand up dresser with good walk ways. There is a space in the back of the bedroom that can fit a stand up washer/dryer combo but plumbing and dryer ventilation would need to be added.
