It has a beautiful Newport P12000 Propane Fireplace. It has a queen mattress in the sleeping loft and a queen futon on the main floor. We have rented this on our campground the last year and it has a been a huge hit with our guests. We are including all the bedding, appliances, and furnishings inside. It currently has a covered front porch deck that we will remove so the buyer can pull it out and down the road. (Deck is NOT included at this price)
