Gorgeous Lovely Norfolk Home Overlooks The Beautiful Surrounding Countryside
Maximising The View
This annexe at the back of a lovely Norfolk home overlooks the beautiful surrounding countryside, designed with lots of glazing the family can sit in the comfortable warmth of their Granny Annexe and take in the view. Not only does the glazing allow for the owners to look out, it also allows the sun in, keeping the annexe bright throughout the day.

Natural Finish
The family chose to finish the building in western red cedar cladding, this finish gives the annexe a style that fits well in the garden retaining a stylish and modern appearance. A sedum roof also creates a lovely finish for the roof, looking down from the house it allows the building to blend in with the rest of the greenery in the garden. There are many benefits to having a sedum roof, not only do they provide another layer of insulation, they also provide important microclimates for insects and birds, improve air quality, longer life for waterproofing membranes at base of the roof and more.

All the Essentials
Our granny annexes are fully finished and decorated so when we are finished you can simply move in. Granny Annexe complete the project from planning application to painting and decorating, we also fit the kitchens and bathrooms too, so all of your home essentials can be completed by Granny Annexe, providing your one stop shop for moving family closer to home!

One of the Warmest Buildings Around
Granny Annexe uses Structurally Insulated Panels (SIPs) to construct annexes and garden rooms. All Granny Annexe SIPs are manufactured individually for your annexe at our Bedfordshire production facility.

The building only needs 2 heaters one for the bedroom and another for the living room. These heaters provide a sufficient amount of heating to the annexe, which retains its heat very well due to the amazing insulation properties.

Granny Annexe SIPs have a great insulation rating, falling well within UK Government limits. Our U-values are within the upper limits, contributing towards the energy efficiency of the building.
